What's a credit?
One request to the AI designer is 1 credit, however many revisions it makes. Comparing design variants is 3; deep design is 5. Editing in CAD is always free.
Are the capacity numbers certified?
No. The engine runs indicative checks (geometry, fasteners, simple beam checks) against the Uniform Standard for Wood Pallets. Certified ratings come from your manufacturer's PDS analysis or physical testing.
How does the trial work?
Your first design starts 14 days of Pro features with 50 AI credits. No card needed. When it ends you're on Free unless you upgrade.
What happens at the limit?
The AI designer pauses until next month or an upgrade. Your designs, drawings and the CAD workspace keep working.
